I had trouble communicating with the staff -- none of them spoke English (or Italian). When they got the order wrong, and I attempted to explain, the manager/owner insulted me. When I asked for a refund, they refused. I wound up throwing $20+ worth of food in the trash, not knowing what sabotage might have been done. Just as well -- the place had a rancid smell -- like old grease. Frankly, you'll get a better, and more Italian sandwich next door at Wawa, which is really, really sad.
